Mark Davis, is President of Davisco Foods International, headquartered in Le Sueur Mn. Davisco Foods is a family owned International cheese and food ingredient company with a long history. Mark’s father, Stanley and his partner, bought the St. Peter Creamery, in 1943. Mark officially joined the business in 1959 as the driver of the new bulk milk pickup route. * Mark became involved with the business full-time following his graduation from MSU-M with a degree in business administration and economics. The creamery combined with the Le Sueur Cheese Co. which Mark also managed. Davisco Foods International was formed in 1986 and in the 90’s Marks’s 4 sons joined in the company’s management. Davisco Foods Internationl with locations in Mn, Idaho, SD, has an International presence with offices in Minneapolis, Mexico City, Geneva and partners with companies in Tokyo and the European Union. In January, Mark was honored by the National Cheese Institute with its highest honor, the NCI Laureate Award.*

Dr. Adams-Morris will discuss
what changes have occurred with the right to death dilemma in the year
since the controversy over the removal of Terry Schiavo's life support
and her subsequent death. Adams-Morris will take questions from
the audience.
Adams-Morris is a family practice physician and medical ethicist. She received her M.D. from Washington University Medical School and M.A. in medical ethics from Loyola University.
